Customer-Supplied Designs

By submitting a design, the customer represents that its use does not violate another party’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights. The customer authorizes Back Nine Design LLC to reproduce and use the submitted material solely for completing the requested work.

Back Nine Design LLC reserves the right to refuse any design or project believed to infringe upon another party’s rights or violate applicable law.

Custom Work

Because each item is individually engraved or customized, minor variations in color, placement, depth, finish, texture, and appearance may occur. Product materials, coatings, prior wear, and manufacturing differences may affect the final result.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving spelling, dates, names, artwork, placement, and other project details before production begins. Back Nine Design LLC is not responsible for errors contained in customer-approved artwork or instructions.

Custom and personalized products are generally nonreturnable and nonrefundable unless the item was damaged by Back Nine Design LLC or the completed work materially differs from the approved design.

Customer-Owned Items

Items supplied by customers are engraved or modified at the customer’s request. Although reasonable care is taken, engraving and customization involve permanent alteration and carry a risk of cosmetic damage, coating changes, material reactions, or other unintended results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for damage to a customer-supplied item will not exceed the reasonable current replacement value of the item or the amount paid for the service, as determined by Back Nine Design LLC.

No Manufacturer Warranty

Customization or engraving may affect or void the original manufacturer’s warranty. Customers should review the manufacturer’s warranty before authorizing work. Back Nine Design LLC is not responsible for the denial or loss of any manufacturer warranty resulting from customization.
