Craftsmanship & Production
Every item we produce is custom-made and engraved to order with precision equipment and premium materials. Because of this, production times typically range from 3–7 business days. More complex or bulk orders may require additional time. If so, we’ll communicate clearly. Quality takes priority over speed. We do not rush craftsmanship.
Shipping
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided. Shipping timelines vary by carrier and destination and are outside our control once the item leaves our studio. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Custom & Personalized Items
All personalized and custom-engraved items are final sale.
Please carefully review:

• Dates
• Design selections
Each item is engraved exactly as approved or submitted. Changes cannot be made once production begins.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Verified issues will be resolved promptly.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not started. Once engraving or fabrication begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Proofs & Approvals
Design proofs are not automatically provided unless stated on the product listing.
If a proof is requested, production will begin only after approval is received. Delays in approval will extend processing time accordingly.
Product Care
Our engravings are designed for longevity, but proper care matters. Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, drops, or normal wear is not covered. Care instructions should be followed to maintain finish and appearance.
Intellectual Property
All original designs created by our shop remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any logos, trademarks, or artwork submitted for customization.

Corporate, Event & Bulk Orders
We offer wholesale and corporate gifting solutions for businesses, events, tournaments, organizations, and private labels seeking refined, custom-engraved products.
All wholesale and corporate orders are custom quoted based on quantity, materials, complexity, and production timeline.
Minimum Order Requirements
Wholesale pricing requires a minimum order quantity, which varies by product. Minimums will be clearly outlined during the quoting process.
We reserve the right to decline wholesale pricing for orders that do not meet minimum quantity or branding requirements.
Design & Proofing
A digital proof will be provided for all wholesale and corporate orders prior to production.
Production will not begin until written approval is received. Approval confirms final design, layout, spelling, and quantities.
Revisions beyond the initial proof may result in additional fees.
Production Timeline
Production timelines are established after proof approval and final payment is received.
Expedited timelines may be available depending on capacity and may incur additional fees. Deadlines must be communicated upfront. We do not guarantee rush production without written confirmation.
Pricing & Payment
All wholesale and corporate orders require full payment prior to production, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quotes are valid for 14 days from issuance. Pricing may change due to material availability or design revisions.

Shipping costs are calculated separately unless otherwise stated in the quote.
